This policy explains what data we receive through the request form and how we use it to contact you about a solar power plant project.
Data we collect
When you submit the form, we receive your name, phone, city or region, site type, comment, IP address and submission date.
Why we use the data
We use the data to answer your request, clarify site details, prepare a preliminary estimate and prevent spam or technical abuse.
Where the request is sent
The main processing channel is the GreenVolt Systems Telegram chat. If Telegram is not configured on the hosting account yet, the request is temporarily saved to the local storage/logs/leads.log file.
Retention period
We keep requests only as long as needed for communication and proposal preparation. Technical rate-limit records are regularly cleaned of stale data.
Access and deletion
You can ask us to clarify, update or delete your data by emailing us or messaging us on Telegram using the contacts below.
